After five seasons of "the Wire" I will always associate Michael Williams with Omar. It is strange to see him in the setting of "Boardwalk Empire" with its very distinct feel & aesthetic. This scence plays with this obvious misfit by letting Williams use Omar's Baltimore slang, which Nucky Thompson (Steve Buscemi), living in a different time and a different world, is unable to understand.
